Ever think of using water to get well? Water is the foundation of life, after all!
Water therapy can help with recovery and increase vitality. Our bodies are 75% percent water as it is, so it’s just natural to want to be in water!
Here are some water therapies that can help you stay healthy and feeling fabulous!
–Whirlpools and Relaxing Baths
–The Ocean (It’s a Saline Environment and can be a great healer if you don’t stay in too long)
–Hot Springs (full of minerals)
–Showers (Shower with hot water first and then turn the water to a cooler temperature for the last minute of your shower. This will open up your pores, release toxins, and improve your skin quality. Additionally, when you are sick, shower 3-4 times a day. It will help you recover quicker.
Lastly, here’s the BIG one:
DRINK ENOUGH WATER AND DRINK GOOD QUALITY WATER.
Drinking good quality water is just as important, if not more important than eating quality food. Dehydration can lead to fatigue, hunger, headaches, sugar cravings, and other miscellaneous symptoms.
My favorite is alkaline water. Filtered and reverse osmosis water is good as well.
Now go jump in! My shower is calling my name as we speak! To your health!
