I’m boiling up one of my favorite side dishes tonight… cabbage and carrots. (with a little tasty seasoning of course). It’s super yummy, healthy, and makes my stomach feel great. I can smell it cooking in the kitchen now and I feel like shouting, “Erin Go Bragh!”
I’m also making some onion soup– yep, that’s a whole onion in there (Skin and all!). I learned this trick from the founder and owner of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Joshua. The flavors that come out from cooking an onion this way are magical–and the preparation time is next to none! I like that—simple and tasty!
