Q:  Do you specialize in any health issues?

A:  I specialize in working with those who want more want to revive their health and find balance in their lives.  I also specialize in working with those who deal with stress, anxiety, depression and sleep issues.

Q:  Do I have to live in the Pacific Northwest to be a client?

A:  Absolutely not.  I coach clients over the phone and in-person.   Therefore, I can coach anyone, anywhere in the world.

Q: What is the first step I need to take to start working with you?

A:  Call me at (360) 836-4559 or email me at AutumnPappas@outlook.com for a free initial consultation.  After the consultation, you will have the opportunity to sign up for a program and/or coaching sessions with me.

Q:  I just emailed you for a free consultation.  What should I expect?

A:  After you sign up for a free initial consultation, I will contact you to introduce myself and schedule your free consultation with you.  During the health consultation we will get to know each other, we will talk about your health history and your health concerns.

Q:  How long does a coaching session last?

A:  Typically 45-50 minutes.  There is a time limit on sessions because I do see multiple clients in a day.

Q:  How can I get ahold of you in-between sessions if I have questions?

A:  You can email me at AutumnPappas@outlook.com or call me at (360) 836-4559.  I prefer email, because often during the day I am on the phone with other clients.  Please allow 24-48 response time (Monday-Friday only) If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911.

Q:  How do you schedule your client sessions?

A:  I have time slots available for each client.  Once you pick a time slot; that will be your time slot for the duration of your program.  For instance, if you pick Wednesdays at 3pm, you and I will have sessions on Wednesdays at 3pm for the length of your program.

Q: What if all the sudden I can’t make my session during a week?

A:  Please let me know ASAP and at least 24 hours before your appointment.  I may be able to fit you into a different time slot that week, or fit you into a time slot the next week.  If your sessions are unable to be made up within 2 months of the end of your program, then you will forfeit the sessions.

Q:  I really want to be a client of yours, but I am on a limited budget.  Am I still able to work with you?

A:  Absolutely.  Please let me know during our consultation if you need a longer payment plan than the length of your program.

Q: Do you offer any discounts, coupons, or specials on your health coaching programs?

A:  I do offer discounts and specials often.  Email me or call me if you don’t see a discount offered on the website, and you would like to know if one is available.

Q:  My first session is starting this week and I feel anxious, nervous and excited. 

A:  Take a few deep breaths.  I care for you as my client and I want the best for you.  I am here to support you and assist you in making positive healthy changes in your life.  By honoring the commitment you made to join the program, you also honor the decision to live a healthier and happier life.
