Hello and welcome to my blog, Happy Health Coach (and the temporary website of my company)!

I’m Autumn, an ordained minister, personal coach and the founder of Pacific Northwest Health: A wellness company that provides confidential one-on-one and group coaching to those who want to improve their health through diet and lifestyle changes. Pacific Northwest Health specializes in working with those who suffer from stress, anxiety, depression, life and health issues and who want to get back to living a happy and purpose filled life.

I thrive on helping those that seek happiness, health, balance, direction, motivation and fulfillment! I am so grateful to say I have the best job in the world. I get to inspire and motivate others to achieve their goals and find balance.  Whether someone is fighting a chronic condition or striving to maintain a healthy work/life balance; I am there to direct them to their personal path of wellness and peace. Helping others is not only my passion but also my purpose.

In addition to being a board certified health and lifestyle coach; I am also an essential oil advocate, distributer, teacher and light touch oil therapist.

Are you curious about how I can help you achieve your goals? Let’s talk.  Schedule a free consultation with me today!
